Shipping & Delivery
Which courier services do you use?
We use reliable courier partners including Leopards, Trax, BlueEx, and others for deliveries across Pakistan. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days for major cities and 2–5 working days for other areas. Working days are Monday to Saturday.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Weekend deliveries depend on the courier service. Some orders may be delivered on weekends.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via message to monitor your shipment.
Is store pickup available?
We offer a reserve and collect option within Karachi only.
Orders & Confirmation
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if:
- Incorrect contact details or address were provided
- The confirmation call was not answered
We only dispatch Cash on Delivery orders after confirmation. Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is received.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is placed, followed by a dispatch update when your order is shipped.
Can I make changes to my order?
Due to quick processing, changes are only possible immediately after placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Why is my order incomplete?
All items go through quality checks before dispatch. If any issue is found, the item may be removed from the order.

What if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours and share:
- Clear images of the item
- Your order number
- A photo of the packaging
