Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Customers are required to send the item back via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- A standard Rs.100 delivery fee will be applied for sending the exchanged item.
- Any item returned in a damaged, worn, or altered condition without prior notice will not be accepted.
- Items purchased on sale, clearance, last piece, or with minor faults are not eligible for exchange.
